Bolun Zhu

Bolun Zhu, born in 1994, Gansu, China. She grew up in Guangdong, lived in Beijing in her teenaged life. She received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Guangdong Jinan University. She is currently pursuing her photography MFA at Arizona State University. Her artworks focus on the separation and reconnection between Chinese tradition and contemporary aesthetics and social life. At the same time, it is based on the middle zone to express the conflict and integration of Chinese and western social culture.
